How long does it take to get my revised text back?
On weekdays, revisions are returned within 24 hours. Depending on the queue and the number of editors we have working on any given day, we may be able to turn some revisions around in just a few hours!
Can you complete editing work on weekends?
We are willing to take on special editing projects during the weekends. However, it will cost you a little more. If you would like to send us something on Friday that needs to be edited and returned to you by Monday morning, please send us an email outlining the details.
Who does the editing?
Our independent editors are people who handle dozens of pieces of sensitive writing every day. They have a strong passion for writing, proofreading and editing, and a proven track record for accuracy and reliability.
How safe is it to use your editing service?
Privacy is a very important part of our editing service. We do not share your information with others. Once an edited version of your text is sent back to you, our editors are not able to access that information again.
Is Paypal the only payment method you accept?
Paypal is our preferred payment method as it is fast, easy and and secure. Even if you don't have a registered Paypal account, you can still use the service to pay by credit card.
